This beautiful watercolour is by Edwin Galea, a Maltese watercolor artist, who was commissioned by E. Kt. David Broxup in 2001 to paint the Marsamxett Harbour over looking the city of Valletta.

The Masonic Hall was painted in white to distinguish it from the other buildings.
